About Me
I am a principally a writer but also a musician and an artist. My writing focuses mostly on science and the environment, including climate change, chemical exposures, radiation health effects, fracking, microbiology, evolutionary biology, legacy nuclear weapons waste, and more. I have also published a historical analysis of the popular music scene in Portland, Oregon in the late 1960s - what one reviewer called the "definitive" account of the time and place.
